Education Model

Work with schools, colleges and universities to address specific students’ needs/requirements. RiseTogoFly will provide comprehensive models starting in a student’s Jr. year in high school to ensure our young girls have all the mentoring, coaching and support needed to pursue their Divine Life's Purpose.

  • Model One

    Once a school is selected as a partner, RTGF will work with and create a small team of selected teachers and mentors to help tailor the program.

  • Model Two

    RTGF will work with principals and teachers to identity girls that need more mentoring in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM). Additionally, with our database of experts we will provide opportunities to network with professionals in various fields in STEAM. Furthermore, all mentors will be available to provide coaching to students who may be experience any behavioral or is in need of mental/emotional support and love.

  • Model Three

    RTGF will work extensively to provide guidance on career choices, partner with local universities to provide informational sessions and have experts available to respond to career selections.

  • Model Four

    Each student will be partnered with a college student or other mentors who will assist and follow-up with them anytime needed. This will become an RTGF family of Students as a rolling model and become RTGF Ambassadors.

College/University Students: RTGF will ensure students are provided with coaching, mentoring on a needed basis. Mentors will be responsible for checking in on students and help them throughout their academic careers. RTGF college/university students will be trained and become Ambassadors to work with our younger high school students. RTGF will work with our expert partners to ensure all university students are placed in employment or are provided continued professional development once they have graduated. This is a way to ensure to keep our graduates motivated and encouraged.

    Virtual Remote Mentoring - Review some selected current topics to post for students/ Mentors share knowledge and experience.

    Provide Emotional and Mental Support/Individual Coaching.

    Academic/Career Preparation.
