Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (For Cabbage)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 small head savoy cabbage, finely shredded
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Organic Olive Oil
3 medium carrots, cut into 1/2-inch dice
Celery cut into 1/2-inch dice
2 large onion , cut into 1/2-inch dice
1 Tomato cut into 1/2-inch dice
4 cups water or chicken stock
2 cups couscous
8 ( 8-ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed (Prepped and seasoned overnight and Baked in Oven next day or whenever ready to cook)
Old Bay Seasoning, Emeril Lagasse spiced seasoning, Season Salt, African cubes
